Zigma Consulting LLC is a company registered in the State of Florida, United States, providing consulting services. You can reach us at info@zigmacons.com.
What we store from the contact form
When you submit the form we store:
- Name, company, country, email and WhatsApp number (if provided).
- Industry, what you need to solve and, if provided, your approximate budget.
- The language and page you submitted from.
- An encrypted identifier (hash) derived from your IP address, used only to limit repeat submissions and prevent spam. We do not store your IP in readable form.
- The date and time of submission.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and schedule a meeting.
- To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
- To protect the site from abuse and spam.
We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. We won't add you to mailing lists without your permission.
Who has access
Only authorized Zigma personnel can view submissions, through password-protected access. Data is stored with a cloud infrastructure provider acting on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions while they're useful for the business relationship and no longer than 24 months after last contact, unless the law requires otherwise. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing info@zigmacons.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. If we add analytics tools in the future, we'll update this policy.
WhatsApp and email
If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, those messages are also governed by those services' policies.
